Refund policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and come in the original packaging, and must be approved. Please read and understand our full refund policy before placing an order with us.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you OR You will be receive a store credit minus the initial shipping cost, there are no refunds.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer – Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, as previously stated: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. 

The initial shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
